Technical Recommendations for Video

This system is completely web-browser based for video attendees. It does not matter if you use a Windows based computer or a Mac computer, as long as you have one of the recommended internet browsers - Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Safari and Microsoft Edge do work as well, but we recommend you use one of the aforementioned browsers.

You will also need to have a microphone, if you wish to participate, and a webcam if you want to be visible.

Please ensure you are aware of your background before turning on your camera, and that your face visible. 

Please ensure you are in a quiet place so the speakers will be able to hear you clearly. Ensure your volume is not too loud before entering the Main Meeting Room or you may get an echo or audio feedback.
