This article covers what to do if you can find your email but the link is not clickable.

If your link is clickable or you cannot find your email, see this article.

How to make your link clickable

Sometimes the email containing your unique link gets caught in a spam filter. This can cause the link to become unclickable, depending on your email service. This can be done by moving the email out of your spam box and into your inbox.

HOTMAIL / OUTLOOK

To whitelist an email address in Hotmail (Outlook.com), go to your settings, then to "Mail" > "Junk email". Here, you can add [email protected] to your "Safe senders and domains" list. This action tells Hotmail that you trust emails from this sender, and they should not be sent to the Junk Email folder.

Yahoo Mail

To whitelist an email address in Yahoo Mail, you can create a filter. After logging into Yahoo Mail, click the gear icon for settings, choose "More settings", and then "Filters". Create a new filter, name it, and set rules, specifying that emails "From" [email protected] are moved to your "Inbox". This ensures emails from the specified address won't be sent to spam. You can also whitelist all emails from a domain by including just the domain name.

Gmail

To whitelist an email in Gmail, access your account, go to "Settings" via the gear icon, then "See all settings". Open "Filters and Blocked Addresses" and click "Create a new filter". Enter [email protected] in the "From" field, select "Never send it to Spam", and click "Create filter". You can also click 'Not Spam' if you find it in your spam box.
